“The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

“The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

Release Date: August 14, 2015

The great mind of director Guy Ritchie now has his chance to depict his version of the highly popular 1960’s television show. Casting Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer as the main leads certainly provided the right touch with the two spies working together on a top secret mission and at times, butting heads when their egos and past experiences come full circle. Alicia Vikander certainly is going to be a hot commodity after her amazing run in 2015. She certainly does not disappoint in “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” as she plays as Gaby, a highly skilled mechanic and driver whose family is playing a key role in the mission that involves America’s and Russia’s best agents, Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin during the Cold War.

This movie has everything you can ask for in a spy movie. The witty humor, intense action sequences, as well as having the opportunity to lay your eyes on the many different cities where this film is shot. You have a Brit playing an American, an American playing a Russian, so you know you are going to see these actors give it their all in order to depict the characteristics of their roles to the best of their ability. There are even small hints during the movie about the actors’ previous roles with the nicknames that they give one another, so if you are a fan of movies, should catch those references with ease.
